How do I add team members to our company profile?

If your company already has a live profile with us, you can direct your team members to create an account here. From here, they'll be able to create a user account and login to your company profile. To do this, please make sure that:

  • They use your work email address

  • They verify their email

If the email domain of their work email address doesn't match the web domain of the company that we have in our system, they will not be automatically added to your company account. Please contact us through the live chat or email us directly on
