Your response rate (which you can view here) is calculated on a 90-day rolling basis. If some candidates did not hear back from you with a clear outcome (either rejection or progression to interview) within 2 weeks of their application, this will affect your overall response rate.
How data for your response rate is collected, varies depending on how you post your jobs.
If you post directly to the platform, we use the data based on your application responses within the platform to calculate the response rate. This means that you need to respond to candidates in the Hire App, and not via email, for it to count as a positive response.
If you are posting via an ATS, we email candidates two-weeks after they've submitted their application to check whether they've received a response to their application.
