How can I make changes to user access and permissions?

Details on how to manage admin and member permissions in your company's Welcome to the Jungle account

From within your Welcome to the Jungle account, anyone with "Admin" access can add, remove, or change a user's permissions.

To remove or edit permissions for other team members, in the left hand panel, go to Settings > Team Members. Here you can see all the people who have access to your company's account.

An Admin is able to take the following actions:

  • You can remove a previous employee by clicking "Remove"

  • You can change someone from a Member to an Admin (or vice versa)

  • You can see when a user last logged in

Additionally, an Admin is able to see all salaries submitted on jobs within the platform, regardless of whether they are hidden or not. A Member is only able to see a hidden salary when they have been given access to it.
