How jobs are posted on our platform depends on whether you have connected your ATS to your Welcome to the Jungle company account, or if you are posting directly on Welcome to the Jungle.
If we're connected to your ATS
You can check if your ATS is connected from within your Welcome to the Jungle account here (select "Settings", followed by "ATS integration")
Any new roles will be imported automatically from your ATS to Welcome to the Jungle. A job will go live on Welcome to the Jungle within one working day after being added to your ATS
If you have a role that you think should be live, but isn't (i.e. it hasn't gone live within one working day) then please check this article here, which offers guidance on why this might be and what to do
If you have an ATS, but we're not currently connected to it
You can check if your ATS is connected from within your Welcome to the Jungle account here (select "Settings", followed by "ATS integration")
If we're not connected to your ATS you will see the option to "Complete form" to let us know. The team will add your ATS within one working day and you will be emailed to confirm it's completed
If you are posting directly on Welcome to the Jungle (you don't have an ATS connected)
You can create a job from within your Welcome to the Jungle account here (select the "Jobs" tab on the left)
Select "Create new job" and follow the steps through
Once you have submitted a role for approval, the role will go through a quality review before going live on the platform. This should take no more than one working day
