If you cancel your Startup Essential plan, your jobs will stay live until the end of the billing cycle, so you can continue to message candidates as you were before.
If you cancel your plan, and also want to close your job immediately, you can find instructions on how to do this here.
Your job will move into the "Archived" section of your account (select the "Jobs" tab, followed by "Archived" in the drop-down under "Filter by job status"). Your candidate pipeline will remain the same, and the candidates will not be alerted that the role has been closed.
You can continue to manage the role through the "Archived" section and you will still be able to message candidates.
