Startup Essential Refund Policy

Information on refunds for our flexible plan, Startup Essential

Our Startup Essential subscription is on a monthly rolling basis and you can cancel anytime from within your Welcome to the Jungle account here (select "Settings", followed by "Billing", followed by "Cancel plan"). Cancellation takes effect from the start of the next billing cycle.

This is communicated in the sign up process for our Startup Essential package, and in subsequent emails regarding your subscription.

We do not offer refunds for plans not cancelled in time.
