I’m/we're having issues signing up or logging in to our Welcome to the Jungle account

Common sign up/log in issues and how to solve them

I signed up, but I don't have access yet

  • Have you verified your email? - after you sign up, we send you an email to verify your email address. They have a 2 hour expiry, so if you've missed it, you can re-send yourself the verification email here. Be sure to check your spam! Once verified, you should automatically gain access, providing your email domain matches the website domain we have for your company.

  • Does your email domain match your company website? - if you sign up, verify your email, but your email domain doesn't match the website domain we have for your company, we will need to manually activate your access. This is automatically done by the team, and should take no more than 1 working day (noting that we work a 4 day week Mon-Thurs). You can always email companies@welcometothejungle.com if it's been more than 1 working day.

I can't verify my email address

  • Once verified, you should gain access automatically, providing your email domain matches the website domain we have for your company (see above for if they don't match!).

I have a log in, but I'm not able to access the site or reset my password

  • This sounds like you might be on our French platform, rather than our UK/US/Europe platform. Apologies; we're working on it!

  • If you follow this link you should be logged out completely. You should then be able to log in successfully here. Once you have selected your company, you will be taken to a page where you can select "Forgot your password?" should you need to reset it.

It's saying I don't have access/I have a candidate account

  • This will most likely mean that your company email is associated with a candidate account. This will require us to change your account type so you can log in to your company's Welcome to the Jungle account.

  • Please email companies@welcometothejungle.com and we can do this for you.

It's saying I can't access the page as it's for candidates

  • This suggests you've landed on a page intended for candidates

  • If you follow this link you should be logged out completely. You should then be able to log in successfully here. Once you have selected your company, you will be taken to a page where you can select "Forgot your password?" should you need to reset it.

It's saying my email address is already in use when I try to sign up

  • This error message means you already have a log in to your company's Welcome to the Jungle account. Instead, you can sign in here. Once you have selected your company, you will be taken to a page where you can select "Forgot your password?" should you need to reset it.
