If you have an ATS we can scrape from, but are not integrated with, candidates are directed to your site to apply (where they will see your customised application questions).
If you have an ATS we can integrate with (Ashby, Lever, Workable, Greenhouse), candidates will be asked your customised application questions if they apply via Welcome to the Jungle too.
If you are posting directly on Welcome to the Jungle:
If you are posting directly on Welcome to the Jungle, there is currently no way to customise your application questions, or ask for a portfolio link from candidates.
The best thing to do is to message candidates after they apply, asking them for a link where you can access their portfolio.
